Our Partnership

In collaboration with Coside, who provided design direction, we were engaged to build the Parahamuti website in Webflow. The primary objective was to create a platform that could serve as an educational resource, making it easy for the public to learn about the restoration journey, participate in conservation activities, and connect with the whenua (land).

The Parahamuti website utilised custom graphics to create a visually rich and engaging experience.
GSAP animations were used on the Parahamuti website to help portray key story elements.

What We Delivered

  • Webflow Build with Educational Focus: Designed to clearly present information on restoration efforts, native birds and fish, predator control, and planting days.
  • Custom Visual Components: We implemented interactive counters to track progress, hover-based content reveals, and vibrant contrasting colour sections to make the experience visually rich and engaging.
  • Drone Visual Integration: High-resolution drone footage introduces the site, offering visitors an immersive view of the wetland and its surrounding landscape.
  • Location & Participation Info: Clear wayfinding tools were included to help people locate Parahamuti and learn how to get involved in volunteer opportunities.

Outcome

Launched mid-2025, the new Parahamuti website delivers a powerful blend of education, storytelling, and visual impact, helping to raise awareness and support for this vital ecological restoration effort. It now stands as a digital reflection of the community's care for the land and their commitment to future generations.
